Principal Product Designer, Moveworks

The Principal Product Designer will lead large, strategic, cross-product initiatives critical to business success, driving product experiences that exemplify beautiful design and catalyze user productivity. This role involves providing strategic direction and vision for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams while acting as an industry thought leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-product, strategic initiatives that are critical to the success of a business unit or the company as a whole
• Drive product experiences that exemplify beautiful design, catalyze user and enterprise productivity, create extensible systems and frameworks, and inspire customers
• Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams
• Act as an industry influencer and thought leader, advancing the industry through contributions to trade events and publications

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant design experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating formative contributions to design language, strategy, processes, and standards, up to company level
• Strategic advocate for design and for users at the cross-functional senior leadership and executive level
