The Senior Graphic Designer will design and produce high-end consulting graphics, including feasibility reports and PowerPoint presentations, translating complex data inputs into clear, executive-level visuals for senior leadership and external partners. This role involves assisting consultants in shaping visual narratives, standardizing content to brand guidelines, and managing the production workflow for timely delivery of accurate, professional materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce CSL feasibility reports, PowerPoint presentations, and proposal materials for client-facing and internal use
- Translate analyst inputs, tables, models, and notes into clear charts, diagrams, and data-driven visuals
- Assist consultants in expressing insights graphically and conceptually, helping structure visual narratives that support key messages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including chart creation, layout, and design
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience translating complex or data-heavy content into clean, executive-level visuals
