
The Senior Graphic Designer will champion visual storytelling, acting as a creative visionary to bring the product mix to life through compelling creative direction and visual language. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enforcing the visual identity across a portfolio of brands while executing strategic vision for marketing materials, sales collateral, and signage.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and enforcing the visual identity and standards for a portfolio of brands
- Executing the strategic vision of marketing materials, brand photography and videography, sales enablement collateral, property signage, company pitches/presentations, and more
- Set the tone for creative direction across core CHG brands, including supporting a major brand evolution initiative
- Manage all aspects of creative ideation, drafting, design iteration and production
- Design and format marketing materials including print and digital ads, mailers, event/trade show signage, email templates, multimedia assets, and social media graphics
- Design sales enablement collateral including one-sheets, brochures, bi-annual menus, and package/proposal decks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience; professional services graphic design experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- UX/UI experience highly-preferred
- Creative, organized, and highly motivated individual with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative while also being a team player
