The Graphic Designer is tasked with creating compelling visual content across digital and print media to effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience. Key duties involve collaborating with teams to conceptualize and execute design projects, selecting appropriate visual elements, and adapting designs for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design projects
- Selecting appropriate color schemes, typography, imagery, and layouts that resonate with the intended audience
- Adapting designs for different formats and devices, ensuring visual consistency and usability across various channels
- Maintaining brand asset libraries, preparing files for print or digital publication, and ensuring compliance with production specifications
- Reviewing feedback, making revisions, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Proficiency in industry-standard design softwareāsuch as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma , or Canva
- A strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and current design trends
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills
- The ability to balance artistic innovation with practical business objectives
