Senior Graphic Designer
Sketchy Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets across digital and print channels, bringing the brand voice to life through marketing assets, web experiences, and social media imagery. This role involves both hands-on execution of projects and contributing to the conceptual development of campaigns while ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Concepting: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns that resonate with medical learners, institutional faculty, and healthcare professionals
- Design Execution: Create high-quality digital assets including web page layouts, social media graphics, email designs, presentation decks, infographics, paid advertising creatives, and event materials
- Produce print collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and conference and promotional materials
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on assets to meet project goals
- Brand Stewardship: Apply Sketchy's brand identity (typography, color, layout, and tone) consistently across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional design experience in both digital and print
- Thrives as an individual contributor and can effectively leverage external contractors when appropriate
- Portfolio: Required for consideration; should showcase a balance of web, digital, and print work, as well as evidence of conceptual thinking
- Technical skills/tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are highly valued)
- Figma for digital/web layouts and collaborative design work
- Google Suite
