- Design end-to-end product experiences that solve complex user problems across the wealth management platform
- Own complete user flows from problem definition through research, design, testing, and post-launch iteration
- Build and evolve product design systems that scale across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering to define features, validate assumptions, and ship quality experiences
Requirements
- 6+ years in product design with a strong portfolio showing shipped products and measurable impact
- Expert in Figma with deep knowledge of components, variants, auto-layout, and design system architecture
- Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows for complex applications
- Comfortable with prototyping tools (Figma prototyping, Principle, ProtoPie) and basic technical literacy (understanding of HTML/CSS/JS constraints)
