- Own design projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with Product team and Engineering
- Design and improve existing products: Talent portal, CRM, Client portal, and more
- Improve design processes
- Champion quick wins and impactful improvements
- Set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Lemon
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design (web-focused)
- A track record of working in a fast-paced product environment
- Portfolio showcasing successful product work
- Ability to simplify complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
- Solid Figma skills and confidence working with design systems
