Responsibilities
- Understand the problem by getting close to customers, workflows, and data to understand what matters, whatâs broken, and where design can make the biggest difference
- Define and explore solutions by turning discovery and requirements into clear problem definitions, then exploring multiple approaches through sketching, prototyping, and iteration
- Validate with users by conducting and participating in user research and usability testing, using feedback and evidence to validate assumptions and guide design decisions
- Design clear, usable experiences by designing intuitive, accessible interfaces and user flows across web and mobile
- Communicate and deliver with quality by communicating ideas through clear design artifacts, producing strong design specifications, and partnering closely with Engineering to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong design fundamentals across interaction, visual design, and usability
- UX methodologies, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong product thinker who can balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
- Clear communicator and collaborative partner, comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders
