Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will lead the design for primary care clinicians by deeply understanding their workflows to inspire an AI-native experience while remaining grounded in clinical practice. This role involves owning and leading the design process from discovery to delivery, driving strategic direction, and defining user satisfaction metrics for solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our users — their problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done
- Own and lead the design process from discovery to delivery
- Drive the strategic direction of your domain in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience
- Define and own the user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, web-based products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces
- Proven experience in leading and executing a variety of user research methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in designing for complex workflows
Benefits
