Mid-level Product Designer

The role involves taking ownership of design tasks from discovery through delivery, including creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring solutions are usable and consistent with the design system. Responsibilities also include contributing to user research, translating findings into actionable insights, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design execution: Take ownership of design tasks from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- User research & insight: Contribute to planning and running user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Collaboration & communication: Partner with product managers to understand requirements, priorities, and constraints
- Design systems & consistency: Apply and extend our design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable product experience
- Continuous growth: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product design
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-quality product work
- Experience working on cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery
- Exposure to planning or participating in research and usability testing
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Awareness of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how designs translate into code
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
