UI/UX Designer

This role involves leading user research activities, translating complex requirements into design artifacts like wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs, and building/maintaining scalable design systems using Figma. The designer will also develop responsive UI components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, focusing on front-end performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities such as user studies, interviews, card sorting, usability tests, and iterative prototyping
- Translate complex domain requirements into wireframes, workflows, information architectures, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Build and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems
- Develop responsive UI components using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS frameworks
- Collaborate with backend engineers, QA, and product owners
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS/SASS
- Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Experience building scalable design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong performance optimization and Angular build expertise
