UX Designer (m/f/d) - Mobile focus

The UX Designer will be embedded in a product area, owning the native mobile design of the companion app and collaborating actively with Product management, UX, and Development teams. Responsibilities include contributing to the mobile team's strategy and roadmap while ensuring consistent user experience across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Contribution to the strategic direction and roadmap for the Mobile team
- Collaboration with various stakeholders during all stages of the product delivery process
- Support discovery and definition of problems as well as drive conceptualization and evaluation of ideas
- Empathic translation of ideas into fully functional, lovable designs
- Contribute to our developing Design system and achieving WCAG 2.2 compliance specifically through understanding it through the lens of native mobile platforms
Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing your work
- Several years of solid work experience in UX/UI/Product design on iOS and Android
- Web is a plus
- You are proactive, goal-oriented, and have a collaborative attitude towards work
- You can switch between consultant and embedded design approach
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions
- You enjoy mentoring and creating micro-education moments that support peers from different disciplines to empathise with users and the design practice itself
- You have experience working on B2B software; SAAS is a plus
- Full working proficiency in English; German and other languages are a plus
