Graphic Designer

The role involves producing design for various uses, finding the balance between quality creative work and resourcefulness, and collaborating with a team to conceptualize designs for campaigns, social media, and marketing briefs. Responsibilities also include overseeing and reviewing production assets from internal or external teams while developing thoughtful creative work that meets strategy within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce design for a variety of uses
• Find the sweet spot that lives at the intersection of quality creative and resourcefulness
• Work alongside a team of designers and copywriter to create and conceptualise designs
• Create and/or overlook and review the production assets that come in from the external/internal production team
• Develop thoughtful creative work that delivers on the overall strategy within the required turnaround times

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience with creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• After Effects would be a great add-on
• Other software skills like Figma, Canva, and AI tools would be a great add-on
• Ability to be collaborative and flexible in working with diverse teams and with shifting priorities
