Junior Graphic Designer (1 Year Contract)

This role involves translating go-to-market plans into platform-specific briefs, coordinating asset creation with in-market teams and agencies, and overseeing localization for all media assets across SEA4 and Singapore. The designer will also manage daily project management of content creation with agencies and adapt visual assets for various channels like social media and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Translate GTM plans into platform-specific briefs for SEA6
- Coordinate localization and asset creation with in-market teams and agencies
- Develop media content briefs aligned with CRM and Media teams
- Oversee localization and agency collaboration for all media assets
- Define monthly product listing requirements with brand and e-merchandising teams
- Collect, share, and quality-check all local product listings
- Manage ad-hoc resizing and adaptation requests with content agencies
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in creating and coordinating digital content
- Hands-on experience with design and layout for banners, emails, and campaign assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like Figma and Canva
- Highly collaborative team player with ability to work closely with brand, media, CRM, and e-merchandising teams
- Familiarity with e-commerce, media asset requirements, and CRM content needs
