Web & Graphic Designer

This multifaceted role involves designing and delivering responsive websites and landing pages, developing UI concepts in Figma, and optimizing user experience with a strong conversion focus to drive business growth. Additionally, the designer will produce premium print materials, design branded newsletters via Brevo, and ensure impeccable brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver responsive websites and landing pages aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives
• Develop wireframes, UI concepts, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Optimize user experience (UI/UX) to enhance usability, engagement, and conversion performance
• Implement a conversion-focused design strategy to support revenue growth and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and Development teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain consistency across all digital assets in accordance with brand guidelines
• Produce high-quality print and digital collateral, including brochures, menus, presentations, and promotional materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design
• Proven portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, responsive websites, and high-quality print/editorial materials
• Experience working within established brand guidelines, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and wireframing
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
