
Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling, conversion-focused, and brand-consistent creative assets across digital, web, and offline channels, collaborating with marketing, product, and performance teams. Key duties include designing high-converting creatives for paid campaigns, developing social media content, and designing website/landing page UI/UX assets.
Responsibilities
- Campaign & Performance Marketing Creative: Design high-converting creatives for paid advertising campaigns
- Social Media & Content Design: Create engaging visual content for organic and paid social media channels
- Website, Landing Page & UI/UX Assets: Design website banners, hero sections, landing pages, and promotional components with a focus on user experience and visual hierarchy
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design
- Contribute to improvements in navigation, layout, and overall user flow to enhance engagement and conversion
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for desktop and mobile environments
- Brand Development & Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, including typography, color systems, and visual language
- Support the development of UI components and design systems as needed
- Motion & Multimedia (Optional but Valued): Create simple animations, interactive assets, and dynamic social content
- Internal & Corporate Materials: Design presentation decks, partnership materials, and internal brand assets
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors when required
- Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
- Proactively suggest creative concepts that combine design, UX, and performance objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends in fintech, performance marketing, and digital design
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design and UI/UX work across advertising, social media, websites, and branding
- Experience designing for performance-driven marketing campaigns with an understanding of how design and UX impact engagement and conversions
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for digital and UI/UX design
- Basic knowledge of motion design tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, spacing, and color systems
- Ability to create multiple design variations for A/B testing and adapt creatives across platforms
- Experience preparing files for digital and print production
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, user behavior, and user-centric design principles
- Experience creating intuitive UI components and improving user flows
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing to brand evolution and UI/UX improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design and UX decisions clearly
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
