Senior UX Product Designer

The Senior UX Designer will own the design direction end-to-end for their product area, collaborating closely with Product Management to define scope, shape problems, and prioritize features. Responsibilities include proactively seeking context through research, monitoring product analytics, and presenting design rationale grounded in data and UX principles.
Responsibilities
- Research & Problem Framing: Proactively seek out the context you need to design well
- Collaborate with our UX Researcher for larger studies, and be capable of running lightweight research activities yourself
- Actively monitor product analytics to identify patterns, validate assumptions, and use real usage data to drive your design decisions
- Leverage the wealth of existing knowledge across the organization before starting from scratch
- Frame problems clearly before jumping to solutions
- Design Execution & Collaboration: Own the design direction for your product area end to end
- Work with PM to define scope, shape the problem, and prioritize what gets built
- Challenge assumptions, push back with design thinking, and bring clarity when requirements are ambiguous
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience owning the design direction for a product area and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Experience designing across web applications, mobile, and/or platform add-ins
- Working knowledge of AI design principles and a genuine interest in how AI and agentic products are evolving
- LegalTech experience is a bonus
