The UX Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of digital products, spanning from research and ideation through to delivering intuitive and engaging interfaces. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex user problems and create user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points
  • Design Artifacts: Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and solutions
  • Information Architecture: Ensure logical and efficient navigational structures for applications
  • Testing and Iteration: Design and implement usability testing to validate designs, identify issues, and iterate on solutions based on user’s feedback and data

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in UX Design, Digital Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of UX design experience (including creating solutions for web and desktop applications.)
  • Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful product outcomes
  • Proficiently with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
