Staff Product Designer, Moveworks

The Staff Product Designer will shape how users build, test, and deploy Agentic AI workflows across enterprise systems, focusing on designing the Agent Studio experience, which is Moveworks' platform for building automation and integrations. This role involves turning complex tasks into simple UI interactions and leading UX opportunities within the Agent AI/automation platform space.
Responsibilities
- Shape how both technical and non-technical users build, test, and deploy Agentic AI workflows across enterprise systems
- Design the Agent Studio experience - Moveworks' enterprise platform for building automation and integrations
- Turn complex tasks into simple UI interactions to unlock productivity
- Lead and scope UX opportunities for the Agent AI space
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX design, engineering design or cognitive science/human factors or equivalent relevant experience
- 7 years+ of product/interaction design experience with enterprise UI/SaaS standards
- Portfolio of examples of interaction & visual design work
- Experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences
- Experience leading other designers as a project lead
