Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will play a significant role in designing user-centered products that enhance customer experience, ensuring solutions are functional, aesthetically beautiful, and seamless across complex product areas like credit, payments, FX, corporate cards, and payroll. They will also push the boundaries of the design aesthetic, lead customer-centric discovery work, and actively contribute to and champion the design system and processes.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered products that enhance customer experience
- Work with product and engineering teams to take ownership of significant product areas
- Advocate for users and ensure their needs are at the forefront of design process
- Build banking products, including credit, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, and payroll
- Push boundaries of design aesthetic and visual identity
- Lead customer-centric discovery work and collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work
- 4-7 years of professional design experience
- Experience in fintech and/or SME space
- Ability to design great experiences across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms
- Strong opinions on design, UX, and craft
- Comfortable operating outside comfort zone and handling ambiguity
