Product Designer (Pro) - Bare Metal

The role involves discovering user problems through interviews and story mapping to produce measurable solutions, and delivering these solutions by creating low/high-fidelity prototypes for design reviews and developer handoff. The designer will also organize usability testing and demonstrate impact using KPIs derived from data.
Responsibilities
- Discover and define user problems and produce measurable solutions
- Deliver low/high-fidelity prototypes to present meaningful solutions
- Organize usability and user testing and report results to the team
- Demonstrate impact through meaningful KPIs issued from qualitative and quantitative data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best value delivered
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar product design position
- High level of expertise in Figma
- Experience in documentation and presentation
- Experience in dashboard interfaces design
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics tools
