GRAPHIC DESIGNER (HYBRID-CHARLOTTE, NC)

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling materials, including sales proposals, presentations, and digital assets, to support new sales and client retention efforts. This role involves translating complex ideas into clear visuals that differentiate the brand in competitive bid environments from concept through final production.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative, high-impact sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets
• Create interactive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, microsites, PDFs, and other digital materials
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals
• Translate complex information and client needs into engaging visuals that tell a clear, compelling story
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint/Keynote
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
