The Senior Graphic Designer will partner with the Art Director to concept, design, and execute high-impact visuals across various platforms including social media, marketing, and print. This role involves leading projects from concept to final execution while ensuring consistency and evolution of the Bay FC brand.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Art Director and Bay FC’s broader Creative Services team to concept, design, and execute high-impact visuals
- Lead projects from concept through final execution, managing timelines, workflows, and review/approval processes with minimal oversight
- Serve as a steward of Bay FC’s brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and evolution across all touchpoints
- Generate bold, original, and strategic creative solutions that elevate the brand and push visual storytelling forward
- Design and oversee the development of logos and visual identities for Bay FC campaigns, initiatives, and events
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven work, brand systems, and advanced execution across digital and print
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition
