Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner with Product and Engineering to define and drive the vision for a core area of the Relativity ecosystem, influencing the workflows of hundreds of thousands of users. Responsibilities include owning Design Thinking techniques, leading iterative design exploration, conducting user research, and creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and drive the vision for a core area of the Relativity ecosystem
- Own the application of Design Thinking techniques to uncover user needs, validate business assumptions, and drive user-centered decision-making
- Lead iterative exploration of design concepts, generating and refining ideas that consider a wide range of possibilities, constraints, and system-level implications
- Conduct user and stakeholder research to deeply understand customer behaviors, expectations, and data-driven workflowsâtransforming insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate solutions and facilitate rapid iteration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms with sophisticated workflows and multi-step data interactions
- Background in document, data, or content management systems is a strong plus
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
- Demonstrated ability to turn user insights into actionable interface design decisions
- Familiarity with UX implementation challenges across desktop applications and web environments
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and related design workflows
- Experience using or experimenting with AI-powered design tools (e.g., prototyping accelerators, UX content generation, pattern detection in research data)
