Product Designer & Visual Designer (AI‑Enabled)

This hybrid role involves designing new products and upgrading existing ranges using AI-accelerated concept creation, alongside producing high-impact visuals, packaging, and compelling presentation decks for client pitches. The designer will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, sourcing, marketing, and category teams to ensure commercial viability and adherence to constraints.

Responsibilities

• Product & Concept Development: Create AI-accelerated concepts across styles, themes, patterns, CMF, and storytelling
• Design new products and improve existing items while considering feasibility, cost, and manufacturing constraints
• Translate Italy market needs and brand identity into commercially viable product solutions
• Visual Creation & Retouching: Produce high-quality visuals, including packshots, lifestyle scenes, range line-ups, and variation studies
• Packaging & Mockups: Develop packaging concepts, artwork, and print-ready files
• Presentation Design: Create compelling, on-brand PowerPoint decks with strong hierarchy and storytelling
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product design, sourcing, suppliers, category managers, marketing, and sales teams

Requirements

• Strong product design experience (new designs + upgrading/tweaking existing products)
• Excellent visual/retouching abilities in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly) for ideation and creative acceleration
• Experience producing packshots, lifestyle scenes, and range line-ups
• Ability to build 2D/3D mockups and produce clean, client-ready visuals
• Strong understanding of production constraints, costing, materials, and feasibility
• Fluent in English; Italian is a bonus but not required
