The Product Designer will identify customer needs and pain points through discovery activities like user interviews and surveys to define problems and opportunities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate these opportunities into impactful, intuitive solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Lead and support discovery activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Work in a cross-functional team to deliver impactful solutions across multiple web and mobile platforms
- Consider business needs, technical constraints, data, and platform requirements
- Creatively translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive, and effective experiences
- Rapidly and pragmatically produce concepts and prototypes
- Run experiments frequently to validate assumptions and optimize solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience within a consumer-focused organization
- Proven record of successfully shipped mobile and web experiences
- Deep understanding of product strategy and business requirements
- Strong focus on addressing customers' needs and pain points
- Design thinker and problem solver
- Ability to plan and conduct research, integrate insights into design process
- Excellent visual design skills, proficient in design, prototyping, and whiteboarding tools
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
