Product Designer - Mid Level (Growth) (all genders)

The Product Designer will collaborate with PM and Engineering in the Growth squad to design elegant solutions for the shop, checkout, and landing pages that delight users and move key metrics. Responsibilities also include owning end-to-end research for experiments and contributing to the evolution of the design system.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate for real impact, understanding users and business needs to design elegant solutions
- Design and prototype for App and Web, owning the design of our shop, checkout, landing pages, and more
- Move between quick experiments and detailed user flows as needed
- Run end-to-end research with support, drafting experiment hypotheses and research questions
Requirements
- 2+ years designing mobile apps and websites
- A portfolio with work that moved metrics and had a positive impact on users
- Experience working in teams that iterate based on user research and data
- Solid UX fundamentals
- Competence in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user research
