The role involves shaping the new Sky Business customer experience by refining design briefings, planning discovery phases, and developing wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs. Responsibilities also include designing and documenting complete design systems, developing production-ready UI components, and conducting usability testing informed by data.
Responsibilities
- Refine design briefings and help plan for the discover & UX strategy phase
- Synthesise findings and develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Solve UX problems in creative ways
- Design and document complete design systems and develop pixel-perfect UI components
- Conduct usability testing through UserZoom and make informed decisions based on data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product design and experiences
- Stay up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX – User Experience Design and UI – User Interface Design across a range of digital products
- A strong team player with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- A naturally curious individual who can synthesise insights from multiple inputs to inform UX/UI design decisions, product direction, and overall experience strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and advocate for UX best practices across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Advanced Figma skills, including complex component libraries, design systems, high-fidelity prototyping, and collaborative workflows
