
Graphic Designer Sports Marketing (m/f/d)

The role involves owning editorial and long-form design for online publications, alongside producing multi-format social content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Responsibilities also include hands-on content capture during events and agile short-form video editing with subtitles and motion graphics.
Responsibilities
- Own the layout and visual storytelling for whitepapers and studies published online (web-ready PDFs/interactive formats)
- Design carousels, infographics, motion snippets, and data visualizations for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Shoot photos and short video clips (primarily smartphone; DSLR a plus) during events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Turn raw footage into clips with subtitles, simple motion graphics, transitions, and platform-native hooks
- Create presentation layouts, one-pagers, and brochures that communicate complex ideas clearly and on brand
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work: whitepaper/editorial layouts, social graphics, data visualization, and short-form video
- Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (or others)
- Data visualization skills (chart literacy, layout for clarity, visual hierarchy)
- Content capture ability with a smartphone (and preferably DSLR): framing, basic lighting, and audio
- Fluent English; German is a plus (not mandatory)
