Senior Product Designer - Workflow Builder (AI & Agentic Orchestration) - EMEA / US East Coast

The role involves shaping Camundaâs workflow modeling and orchestration builder experiences to be deep for experts yet welcoming for less-technical users. Responsibilities include improving end-to-end journeys across the platform, focusing on progressive modeling, testing, data lineage, and trustworthy AI assistance.
Responsibilities
- Help shape Camunda's workflow modeling and orchestration builder experiences
- Work on high-impact problems that make building production-ready workflows feel intuitive and low-friction
- Improve end-to-end journeys across the platformâincluding progressive modeling, in-context testing, clear data/variable lineage, and trustworthy AI assistance
- Collaborate closely with designers across adjacent areas
Requirements
- 5+ years designing complex enterprise B2B software
- Strong builder UX craft
- Ability to design for both expert/pro-code and no-/low-code personas in a coherent experience
- UX strategy + systems thinking across connected workflows and journeys
- High ownership + momentum: takes initiative, drives progress, and thrives in close partnership with PM and Engineering
- Candid communication + strong design rationale
- Validation mindset (customer/internal) and outcome orientation
- Hands-on AI/agentic experience design
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar)
- Self-organized remote work
