UX Designer (m/f/d)

The UX Designer is responsible for the entire design process, from initial discovery to final delivery, including identifying research needs and transforming insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences. Key tasks involve creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, validating designs through testing, and ensuring consistency via the design system.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery
• Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences
• Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods
• Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders
• Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system, including the proposal of improvements or new components when needed
• Validation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering, usability testing, and data analysis
• Delivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementation
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity)
• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field
• Skill at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems
• Ability to validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers
• Proficiency in English, ensuring clear communication across teams
