This role is responsible for governing design principles across all AIA products and services, ensuring consistency, usability, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards. The Senior Analyst will conduct design audits, review all UI/UX work from internal teams and vendors, and provide actionable feedback to guide teams toward best practices.

- Conduct audits of design deliverables to ensure compliance.
- Review all UI/UX work from internal teams and vendors, providing actionable feedback.
- Ensure designs align with user needs, accessibility standards, and company objectives.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and data scientists to integrate design principles.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for design teams.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI-driven design and user experience.
- Recommend enhancements to improve usability and engagement.
