Senior UI Designer F/H

The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for transforming complex business needs into simple, effective, and coherent visual solutions, designing high-quality user interfaces, and actively contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System. This role involves accompanying product development through close collaboration with development teams and ensuring the user interface meets accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Conceive an interface utilisateur ergonomique, moderne et Ă©volutive
- Work in co-construction with developers
- Communicate easily with various stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of quality and visual consistency
- Participate in the evolution of the Design System
- Contribute to the diffusion of the culture Design within the organization
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in UI design
- Strong portfolio
- French and English language skills (C1 level)
- Experience with Figma and Design System
- Knowledge of user research and user-centered design
