Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Translate user needs, business requirements, and insurance workflows into clear, interactive prototypes, wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI designs
- AI-driven Prototyping: Use Figma Make, or similar tools to generate interactive prototypes from natural language prompts and structured inputs
- Setup and Manage Figma Workfiles: Setup and manage complex Figma and Figma Make workfiles, efficiently port developments across multiple files, and maintain structured prompting practices
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to plan, facilitate, and analyse usability testing on prototypes, using structured UX research methods
- Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills and ability to present actionable design reasoning
- Comfortable working in agile and rapid iterative delivery environments
- Education and Experience: 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, interactive prototypes, and polished UI outcomes
