UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative UX research and creating digital products from initial concept through post-release support. The role involves collaborating with PM and Dev teams during discovery and delivery phases and maintaining a comprehensive design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing
- Design complex scenarios, information architecture, and user flow
- Create and test prototypes, including low, mid, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PO, PM, BA, Dev, and QA
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI
- Strong UX expertise, including the ability to design complex scenarios and information architecture
- Experience with UX research, including user interviews and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of front-end principles
