Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead design efforts for product areas, identifying user needs and executing pixel-perfect, development-ready deliverables for responsive web touchpoints. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-discipline teams to deliver outstanding experiences that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for a product area in partnership with a cross-discipline team
- Identify user needs and concept, plan, and execute pixel-perfect, development-ready deliverables
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Owners, Marketing, and Business partners
- Conduct occasional research and/or partner with researchers to plan, interpret, and apply user testing insights
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with UX/Product Design
- Bachelor’s degree in design or tech-related field
- User-centered approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to factor in the big picture while also being able to pay attention to details
