Sr. Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will enhance the digital experience for merchants by creating intuitive, human-centered designs across various products and platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals. Responsibilities include planning and conducting user research and testing, analyzing findings, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and maintaining comprehensive design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas and journey maps
• Create wireframes, concept designs, prototypes, and product specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience designing products at various stages, in an Agile environment, in collaboration with product managers and engineering leads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and team building skills
