Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning and compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team and project managers to understand campaign objectives and requirements
• Design and produce motion graphics assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations
• Implement cutting-edge animation techniques and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Work closely with the design team to ensure branding and visual style consistency
• Optimize and export motion graphics files for different platforms and formats
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Receive feedback and make revisions to motion graphics based on stakeholder input
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Motion Graphic Design and Video editing
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing and engaging animations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
