Product Designer, Senior Associate Level

The Product Designer will combine craft expertise with customer and business understanding to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems. Responsibilities include leveraging design expertise across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate design quality and creating artifacts like journey maps and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Leverage strong understanding of product design and skills across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate the quality and maturity of the design practice
- Use data, research insights, and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 2 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- A strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
