Senior Product Designer, Drive

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to create outstanding logistics and delivery experiences for Dashers, merchants, and consumers. This involves working on 0 to 1 product areas, influencing long-term strategy, and solving complex design problems at the intersection of physical and digital worlds.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and strategy in a fast-growing, 0 to 1 product space
- Own product areas end to end, contribute to product strategy, run design sprints, and craft visions
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship designs
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Influence the team's approach to product development, shaping the team's culture, processes, and practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Senior-level IC
- Hands-on and passionate about contributing to product strategy and vision for new product areas
- Strong visual design fundamentals
- Passion for visual design and sweating over the details
