Senior Product Designer, Financial Operations

The Senior Product Designer will lead project work from a design perspective with autonomy, transforming complex concepts into clear, user-friendly features by exploring and integrating AI and emerging technologies. They must also embed systems thinking by utilizing design systems and contributing to their improvement while designing holistic, elegant, and user-friendly flows.
Responsibilities
- Lead project work from a design perspective with autonomy and authority
- Facilitate design reviews and working sessions to help the teams deliver the best possible solutions
- Turn nebulous concepts into specific ideas that are useful and delightful product features
- Explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies to shape new approaches
- Embed systems thinking
- Drive user-centricity
- Build relationships and advocate for the user when collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong aesthetic skills
- Skilled in service design practices
- Curiosity to continuously evolve your design process
- Applied experience working across all digital and physical manifestations of what we design
- Acute level of self-awareness and deep empathy
