Responsibilities
- Understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements
- Conduct user interviews and qualitative research to uncover insights
- Translate research findings into clear design opportunities and product improvements
- Design thoughtful end-to-end product experiences
- Lead design initiatives and clearly communicate concepts, rationale, and prototypes to cross-functional partners
- Iterate on solutions using feedback, data, and research insights
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience (UI/UX)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and interaction design
- Experience conducting user interviews and synthesizing research insights
- Ability to turn research findings into actionable design solutions
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma or similar)
- Familiarity using AI tools within your design and product workflow
