
Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner with Product and Engineering to define the vision for a core area of the Relativity ecosystem, influencing workflows for hundreds of thousands of users. This involves owning Design Thinking techniques, leading iterative design exploration, and conducting research to transform insights into actionable design recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and drive the vision for a core area of the Relativity ecosystem
- Own the application of Design Thinking techniques to uncover user needs, validate business assumptions, and drive user-centered decisionâmaking
- Lead iterative exploration of design concepts, generating and refining ideas that consider a wide range of possibilities, constraints, and system-level implications
- Conduct user and stakeholder research to deeply understand customer behaviors, expectations, and dataâdriven workflowsâtransforming insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create highâfidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate solutions and facilitate rapid iteration with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver detailed specifications, support implementation, and validate solutions through Agile development cycles
Requirements
- 3â5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, HumanâComputer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex UX challenges and design intuitive, interactive interfaces within a largeâscale product ecosystem
- Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms with sophisticated workflows and multi-step data interactions
- Background in document, data, or content management systems is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to turn user insights into actionable interface design decisions
- Familiarity with UX implementation challenges across desktop applications and web environments
