The Product Designer will be involved in the entire product development process, from brainstorming to final launch tweaks, focusing on designing features that empower developers and administrators to integrate tools and build AI-powered automation. Responsibilities also include executing and evolving the design system across web, desktop, and mobile platforms while collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design features that empower developers and administrators to integrate Front with third-party tools and build AI-powered automation.
- Execute on and evolve our design system by designing, refining, and documenting intuitive components.
- Design product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver impactful design solutions.
- Champion users in product decisions during tradeoff, timeline, and experience discussions with cross-functional peers.
- Communicate your design vision through high-fidelity mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
- Help shape our design team's culture of constructive feedback and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing excellent design craft (end-to-end design process, refined UX and UI skills, and holistic system thinking).
- Experience working with and maintaining design systems with clean documentation.
- Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Low ego and eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate your design rationale clearly.
- Deep empathy for users and passion for solving their collaboration problems.
- Strong English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B, or other complex technical systems is a plus.
- Experience with AI products is a plus.
