Product Designer II

The Product Designer will design intuitive, AI-powered sales enablement tools and experiences, collaborating closely with research, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences. This role involves driving the UX for key cutting-edge solutions, especially across the platform's AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, AI-powered sales enablement tools and experiences that empower our sales team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build consensus and deliver best-in-class user experiences
- Partner with the research team to discover user needs and validate your design solutions
- Deliver high-quality design consistently, and be an expert in feedback processes
- Apply core visual design principles (typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy) to create compelling and effective interfaces
- Evangelize design best practices, including impactful presentation skills and effectively articulating cohesive design decisions to non-design audiences
- Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas and get stakeholder buy-in
Requirements
- Strong portfolio featuring product design work demonstrating complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals
- 4+ years of experience in designing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proficient in user-centered design processes
- Skilled in high-fidelity pixel-perfect UI and interaction design in Figma
- Actively seeks customer insights and deeper problem understanding
- Experience thinking strategically about product vision and partnering effectively with product managers
- Strong understanding of design processes and the full development cycle for web applications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, & Javascript fundamentals (Good to have)
- Background in designing AI-first interfaces or assistants (Preferred)
