Mobile Product Designer

The Product Designer will define, maintain, and evolve the company's Mobile Design System, ensuring usability and performance standards are met. They will also track user behavior via analytics to identify friction points and design reusable UI components and guidelines for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve the company's Mobile Design System, ensuring it meets usability and performance standards
- Track and analyze user behavior with analytics tools to find key areas of friction and opportunities for design improvements within the component and how users interact with it
- Design and refine reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and scalability across product
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms, aligning with product identity and user needs
- Regularly evaluate the success of implemented design changes through user feedback, A/B testing, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation to support adoption and facilitate effective use of the Design System by all teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on Mobile Apps in software development companies
- Deep knowledge of Native Design, with total proficiency in Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Material Design (Android)
- Portfolio highlighting Mobile Projects and exceptional skills in interaction and visual design
- Proficiency building advanced components and prototypes using Figma
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, hardware, and product management, to iterate and drive feature development
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, autonomous, and discussion-driven work environment
