The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end product experiences, from discovery through delivery, in close collaboration with Product Managers and developers. This includes understanding user needs through research and translating them into concrete solutions via wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences in collaboration with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Understand user needs through research (interviews, user testing, journey analysis) and translate them into concrete solutions
- Define and evolve user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI interfaces of high quality
- Contribute to the product vision and strategic choices with a user-centered approach
- Maintain and enrich the Design System (components, UX/UI rules, accessibility)
- Ensure the quality of implementation with tech teams until production
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design in tech
- Experience in SaaS, ideally in B2B and in a high-growth context
- Autonomy and responsibility for projects
- Excellent design and prototyping skills
- Ability to conduct user research and testing
- Rigorous and methodical approach
- Ability to break down needs into several features and create prototypes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of web languages and frameworks is a plus
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team
- Agile methodologies
