Senior Product Designer (Platform / UX)

The role involves designing complex, end-to-end user journeys such as search, browse, book, and trip management for a scalable online travel product. This includes translating requirements into reusable UX patterns and defining information architecture that supports modularity across multiple brands and markets.
Responsibilities
- Design complex, end-to-end user journeys (search, browse, book, manage trips)
- Translate product requirements into scalable UX patterns, not one-off screens
- Define information architecture and interaction models that support modularity and reuse
- Collaborate closely with Design System, Content, Engineering, and Product to ensure consistency across the platform
- Embed accessibility and inclusive design into core experience decisions
- Help define what should be configurable vs. fixed within a reusable template
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Proven experience designing complex digital products (ideally travel, e-commerce, or other flow-heavy platforms)
- Strong background in systems thinking and platform design
- Expertise in interaction design and scalable pattern creation
- Comfortable working in early-stage, ambiguous environments
- Experience collaborating across legal, localization, brand, and engineering teams
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
