Senior Product Designer, Consumer

The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering to create and execute a bold vision, responsible for understanding, scoping, and shipping polished experiences for 75 million monthly active users across web and native applications. This role involves leading the design process from conception to completion, elevating craft through thoughtful feedback, and actively contributing to the evolution of the design system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders on complex problems
• Articulate the value of design as well as the reasons for your design decisions clearly
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions
• Craft and execute on design solutions that significantly improve user experience
• Independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to completion

Requirements

• 8+ years working in design industry, with at least 3 years in a product-led organization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Portfolio which examples a strong design point of view and depth of experience
• Experience delivering multiple projects with cross-disciplined team
• Strong and clear communication skills
