Senior UX Designer

Leads the design and delivery of intuitive, high-quality user experiences by collaborating with end users and cross-functional teams. Executes user-centered design strategies for assigned products, ensuring deliverables meet both business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Executes user-centered design strategies for assigned products or workstreams
- Contributes to the development of design frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices
- Creates advanced UX design artifacts, such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conducts and synthesizes user research and usability testing
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers
- Mentors junior designers, offering guidance and feedback to support their growth and improve overall team capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of user experience (UX) experience in an enterprise or business-to-business environment
- 5+ years of experience working with agile software development teams
- Supply Chain experience preferred
